Ingredients
20 min. You will love this Salmon! Cooked over cedar planks, the fish will remain tender and take on a smoky flavor. Finished with a spicey but sweet sauce that compliments this dish.
2 Cedar Planks
4 Large pieces of Salmon
2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha hot chili sauce
1/4 cup Honey
Olive oil to coat
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions
Soak cedar planks in water for approximately 20-30 min. Make sure to wash salmon then season with salt and pepper. Mix Honey, Sriracha chili sauce, Dijon Mustard and olive oil together in bowl. Dip each piece of salmon in the bowl of sauce then place on top of cedar planks. Go ahead and place both cedar planks on the grill on medium to high heat. The cedar will begin to smoke and as the salmon cooks gently pour the remaining sauce over each piece.
