  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup oil or unsalted margarine
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
